I’ve done multiple rooms here and they’re all great. The lobby is really cool and fancy and the employees I dealt with were all nice and helpful. They were patient with us even when we touched stuff we weren’t supposed to lol (sorry!) The lost city and scooby Doo rooms were my favorites, the theming in lost city especially is cool it looks like ur literally inside of an Indiana Jones movie or legends of the hidden temple. The puzzles were difficult enough to be engaging but not so hard that it was frustrating. The puzzles were also very unique and fun (not just the same repetitive number code locks). They give you unlimited hints which is awesome so you don’t have to worry about time being deducted and can fully enjoy the game. The people watching can also give you extra help if u don’t realize ur way behind. The rooms have different difficulties too so it’s good for people who do and don’t have a lot of experience with escape rooms. They also serve drinks here AND you can bring drinks in the room which most places don’t allow. Overall a consistently good experience and I’ll be back soon to try the harder rooms. I’d def recommend!!
Amazing place! Raquel was absolutely incredible. She even made some printouts in Spanish so some of our party could understand better! I would highly recommend!
My family and I do escape rooms quite frequently in Houston where we live. We’re visiting here for spring break and decided to give this place a try. Man did it blow our socks off. Very fun room! It had a good story and was put together very nicely. Our kids 13 and 9 had a good time in there with us. We’ll definitely be back when we visit again. Damaris was our game master and she did an excellent job explaining all the rules and with giving us our hints.
I was so excited to try this place and had heard so many good things. My husband and I have done many escape rooms and this was by far the most disappointing one we have ever done. (Orient Express) We had no idea from the beginning that we were selecting the hardest room for just the two of us until we arrived. A few of the puzzles were broken, the hints came sometimes up to 5 minutes after the button was pressed, and the hints themselves were for parts of the puzzle we have already solved.
EDITED: I was so impressed with the management at this location. They reached out after our poor experience, asked questions about what went wrong, and encouraged us to come back and try another room. I am so glad that we did. Our 2nd experience was in Lost City and it was so much fun! Everything functioned as it should and we had an awesome time. Thank you to Lauren for being a great host. I love that this business really cares about the customer experience and wanted to make it right. I am upping my first review from 2 stars to 5. Thank you!
Scooby Doo and the Spooky Castle was a super fun escape room! It isn’t particularly scary, so it’s a good choice for the whole family. The puzzles started out fairly easy then got more difficult as you progressed in the story. The game master was particularly attentive to our progress—she was right there to provide clues or ensure we stayed in the right path. The rooms themselves were well-constructed and visually interesting. We can’t wait to try another game!
