We have a new saying in our household “ right after you call God , CALL RICK !!! “ and if you don’t get Rick just beg for Kelly !!! I cannot begin to explain the amount of thanks I wish I could give to Mr.Rick , Ms.Kelly , Ms.Denitza, Mr.John and everyone at the office who put so much of their time and effort into my case and my mothers case as well. I don’t think I could ever tell them enough but Mr.Rick gave me my life back and I am eternally grateful. He fought for me and won me the opportunity at a second chance in life. As a mother , to be able to be here with my child was my main priority and when I desperately needed someone to believe I was worthy of a chance he believed in me. I found myself in a circumstance over the summer that I could have never imagined I would ever be and from the moment my family contacted Rick’s office he was on top of my case like it was the most important case he had ! When I went into panic mode and started to shut down Rick went into battle for me and my family ! The hardest moments of my life was preparing my 4 year old for me to be away. The fight or flight that these situations can put a mother in is so overwhelming and Ricks office assured me they would do everything to make sure I made it back to my son and they did exactly that. In one of my weakest moments of my life he showed up ready to take on my case and he was READY ! There was no better feeling after a long night in jail than strolling into court and your attorney is LITERALLY THE FIRST ONE THERE AND HES WAITING FOR YOU !! I had never even laid eyes on him until then but man how pleased I was that everyone so impressed that Richard Escobar was in the building that day. I thought he was a celebrity but seeing him make eye contact with the judge as he took as much time as needed to explain my character to the court AGGRESSIVELY!! In that moment I fully understood the excitement over him being in court that day. His name alone is his brand !! I cry now as I recall this day because it was so traumatic for me but I assure you Rick is no crybaby ! He is exactly what they say he is the absolute best of the best and it shows. While I waited for my case to be settled I felt myself going insane with thoughts and I think I read every review, read every article, watched every interview going back to the start of his career and if you are a worry bug like me let me tell you personally when they tell you they will handle it they will and let him do his job he does not need help , you are in the BEST hands possible ! To Mr.Rick it’s another day at work but he helped me walk away from an awful situation that should have ruined me in spirit, an entirely new person. In anything I choose to do with Mr.Ricks advice I will always be the very best of the best from here forward and being able to be his client over the last few months has really encouraged me to do great things with the second chance he fought for me to have. In a few years, I will be back at his office to shake his hand once more and show him who I became because of his belief in me. Hello. This office is more than amazing! Denitsa was the attorney over my case. She was serious as in not playing about the charges pinned against me professional very respectful and welcoming. And most of all got my charges to where they were never processed with hiring their investigator as well as her work whom is also very helpful and awesome as well.. I was facing 2 burglaries and a civil infraction all never filed. This office is who to go to they dont play thanks again escobar !
