Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, and they took the time to explain everything they did without pressuring me into any unnecessary services. I appreciated their attention to detail when checking my fluids, tires, and other essentials beyond just the oil change. Great service, fair pricing, and trustworthy employees, this is my new go-to spot for all my car maintenance needs!
Came in for an oil change & tire rotation. After completing the oil change, the mechanic informed me my truck wouldn’t start and that they believed it was the starter that was the issue & quoted me $470 to fix it. I have had zero issues with my truck starting/turning over up to this point, so this didn’t seem right to me. i took the truck back to my house & had a mechanic look at it and they informed me the starter had oil all over it, which is likely why it wasn’t turning over. After a thorough cleaning, truck was running as normal, which leads me to the conclusion of they must have spilled a bunch of oil during the oil change which in turn gave me starter issues. My mechanic couldn’t find any source of leaking and also concluded they must’ve spilled the oil during the change. I was there for nearly 2 hours and the tire rotation wasn’t done, which is the entire reason I was there in the first place, as I’m capable of doing an oil change myself but figured since I was there for the tire rotation, to just have them do the oil change as well. Clearly should’ve just done it myself since the tire rotation was never completed & they screwed up the oil change anyway, and then tried to charge me nearly $500 for THEIR screw up. There was also another woman there they were arguing with as she claimed they were responsible for stripping her oil plug but Express wanted her to pay the costs to repair (which after my experience I fully believe her side of the story with them being responsible for over tightening). Do not go here unless you like to be conned into throwing money at them, luckily I knew someone who could help me out. Makes me feel sorry for all the customers they’ve conned who didn’t know any better though. Would give 0 stars if I could.
I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for over five years and have always had great experiences—until today. When I arrived, the bay was empty, so I proceeded to drive inside, as is standard practice. However, as I was pulling in, one of the employees, Rick, approached from the side. I paused to make sure I wasn’t in his way, and when I didn’t see him directly in front of my car, I continued forward. Unfortunately, Rick then stepped in front of my car unexpectedly, creating an accidental and awkward moment.
What happened next was extremely unsettling. Rick gave me an intense, intimidating glare, which made me feel genuinely uncomfortable. The look on his face was something I can only describe as hostile, and it left me shaken. It’s difficult to explain the feeling exactly, but it went far beyond what I’d consider professional behavior.
I’ve never had any issues at this location before, and the team has always been friendly and efficient. However, this encounter with Rick has left a lasting negative impression. It’s disappointing to have an experience like this at a place I’ve trusted for so many years. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the situation appropriately.
Went to Express Oil Change on a Tuesday. Pulled right in with no wait and no appointment setup. Antonio and team were wonderful and thorough with the full synthetic oil change and complementary 20-point inspection services. They include a report of suggestions to consider in the future, like tire rotations if tire measurements dictate, or certain fluids may be low. Great service and will be back in the future with other family members! Thanks again!
