From start to finish, Five Star Pools did an excellent job with our pool construction. Sid is the heart and soul of this company and worked diligently with us through any obstacles to achieve absolute satisfaction. Permits can take some time, as is expected, but Sid and her team were persistent in getting everything done in a timely and efficient manner. She worked with us while we were out of town to select stunning tiles and finishing pool details. Her pool recommendations were excellent and the finished result is breathtaking. Sid really goes above and beyond to provide exceptional top of the line customer service. She genuinely cares deeply about client care and her dedication to excellence is demonstrated in everything she does. Five Star Pools turned our boring yard into a pool paradise oasis. The picture showcases Aquabella Ballad 1×2 tiles, aqua cool pool finish with turquoise and iridescent cobalt glass beads. Thank you to Sid, Roman, Andrew and Hector for their excellent attention to detail, great customer service and for building us the pool of our dreams.
I highly recommend 5 STAR POOL in Oldsmar if you are wanting or needing pool repair/renovation. Roman quotes a fair price, Andrew oversees the fantastic crews and Sid is always a pleasure to deal with in the office! My 50 year old pool looks better than it EVER has. All of the crews were friendly, professional, respectful and most importantly –SKILLED at what they do. Hitting some snags (to be expected with an old pool) were dealt with quickly and at a fair price. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you 5 STAR POOL!!!
Sidney and the crew are fantastic. Did an entire pool renovation with them and the compliments about the work keep rolling in. Everett is an artist with tile and design. Not only do they have a fantastic selection of tiles and finishes but they do tremendous work, they stand behind what they install without question. Had an issue with the hardware on a pool pump. a quick call and within a day or two someone was out and fixed the problem. Cannot say enough good things about this company. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. They are the whole package. THANK YOU.
