Flood Pros USA was there for us in our time of need. Juan worked tirelessly to help us clean up, installed machines to prevent mold and was very knowledgeable about how to navigate the insurance estimate process. He was extremely professional, communicated with us daily and was on time for visits. He made a very stressful situation manageable for our family!
They did a fantastic job on my home after Hurricane Michael. We had a lot of water damage from our roof being ripped off. They removed all of the wet material and property, dried everything out and sprayed an additional anti microbial paint to stop any further damage. We were so thankful. Jamal and Joe were professional, personable, and knowledgeable. We trusted them to help us and it was trust well placed. We would recommend them to anyone with mitigation needs. They are Five Star!
They have been very supportive of the TSA program at my grandson school, Which has benefited my grandson tremendously most of the students involved with this organization focused, Creative,, Very innovative. They continue to place regionally and nationally in several competitions and we as parents just appreciate their support.
