Loved the whole experience. Bianca and George came to my home but prior to arrival they asked me what sort of look and desired colors I wanted. They came with a few samples which was great so I wouldnt be overwhelm with choices. They took into consideration my budget and the fact that I have pets. I ended up with Cali Floors LVP Legends collection in Laguna Sand. The installers (3 to 4 came) and finished the floors in 3 days. Bianca checked in everyday which I so appreciated. Love love love my floors!
I needed to have all bedrooms of my home tiled and came across Flooring Covering International of Northeast Tampa. The best experience I have ever had when getting any work done for my home. The process was very simple and effortless, Bianca the owner called me and set an appointment ( very punctual), brought in samples of the different products, I made my choice and the very next day I received my proposal. The process was upstanding, she accommodated my instillation date for the very same week. In two days the whole project was completed, the installer were extremely punctual and clean throughout the entire installation. The best part is that the job was not only impeccable but beautiful and super detailed, no corners were cut in any aspect. I am so grateful for one of the best experience I had. My biggest fear was not getting the completion of the job done and having to follow up but it was only excellence across the board. If thinking of doing any flooring repairs, upgrades, look no more! This is by far best service and quality for the value! Yes! Value!
Floor Covering international was fantastic to work with. They were professional, knowledgable and trustworthy. They did our kitchen backsplash and 2nd story wood flooring and everything turned out beautiful! They will be doing our bathrooms next!
