Hang up on you, place you on hold without notice and then hang up on you again, I had a scan scheduled and continued calling them because they did not fill my prescription. First call was almost two weeks before the procedure. The pharmacy called them as well, up to the date of the appointment we all called them. I spoke to the staff even just trying to get medication. After a horrible procedure without the medication, I arrived home and was told the prescription was finally filled.

Tried to talk to the staff about it- just put on hold and hung up on. The last call I had as a patient I asked them to wait a moment so I could read my insurance card number to them- guess what happened? Put on hold without notice and it was the third time during the call.

I immediately left the practice. That was over a year ago. Now I am getting bills stating I owe different amounts from 2022 and 2023. I’m asking for invoices because I’ve made payments and want to verify- more hold and more hang ups.

I have never left a bad review but this is too much. I was so hopeful and kept giving grace- but this is ridiculous.

Updated Review: After sharing my concerns here I was surprised to get a call directly from the doctor. After briefly discussing my concerns, he had the office manager contact me for a follow up conversation. Those phone calls made a huge difference for me and I just want to say thank you for caring and offering your assistance with this situation.

Original Review: It’s really frustrating that it takes 6 months to schedule an appointment as a new patient, just to be told it’ll be another 3 to 4 months before you can be seen. I was able to share with the office staff that out of those 6 months, I had lost track of how many times I’ve tried calling to schedule a new patient appointment. Only ever received 1 return call that I ultimately missed. There’s no explanation why the scheduler didn’t return the calls in a timely manner before May or more recently, so I’m hoping to have better luck with a different doctor and their office. If you are accepting new patients, a time frame as to when that appointment can be made would be a courtesy so a new patient can manage their expectations from the start. Lesson learned, no matter the reviews, don’t waste time seeking one doctor when their are plenty of other practices to choose from.

Dr Venkata Budharaja is very professional. Takes his time listening and explaining. I would highly recommend him to others. I look forward to my visits with him.
