Fast, efficient, & reliable. No extra cost, even though the job was a little more difficult than initially anticipated.
Unfortunately I did not have the positive experience that others reported. I sent a request for service through their web site the evening before so that I could get a call and they would already have the address etc. I recieved no call from the request so I called their number on Busch Blvd about 10:30 and received voicemail. Left a message with my information and number but never received a return phone call from that either. I contacted Bay Locksmith and he fixed my lock and still no call from Florida Lock Doctor. Maybe they are really good if you can figure out how to speak to them and order service.
We had a great experience with Adam, who came over and changed all of the locks on our house right after we closed. He was happy to come out and deal with an issue that occurred a few days after his work (a mechanical problem with the knob not related to what he had done). Adam clearly takes pride in the quality of his work and pleasing his customers. As a bonus, he’s a super cool guy to talk to as well!
Just want to thank Adam again for getting us into our malfunctioning SentrySafe on Monday! When I realized we would need professional help to get in it, I was stressed out about preserving its contents. Adam immediately put me at ease with his knowledge and professionalism, and he even worked very hard to minimize the mess while having to work around a situation that I had made worse (by abusing the safe in an attempt to break into it).
