Oh my gosh, What a positive experience I had today! I went there to close an account that we’ve had for several years, And from the moment I walked in the door and told Mavis the reason for my visit, I was treated like the most important person to them. She was sweet, kind, friendly in process the account closure while I stood there at the window. while Curt finalized the paperwork in his office. It was seamless and quick, and the way that they represent the bank is outstanding. Talk about two assets that really made me feel important but sad at the same time for closing the account.. I don’t have a branch near me so there’s an inconvenience factor to using the bank., But if I was just going by their customer service, I would never leave.
They treated me so well that there is no way I could leave anything other than a glowing review for Mavis and Curt At the Floridacentral Credit Union branch on Bruce B Downs and Dona Michelle Drive in Tampa.

I absolutely love the New Tampa Branch! The staff is amazing and they get to know their customers personally. Curt and Mavis always make me feel like I’m apart of the family. It’s like Cheers, Where Everybody Knows Your Name without the alcohol‼️

Curt was beyond helpful when I came in for assistance with my car loan last week. I didn’t have an appointment and he dedicated an hour to finding a solution for me, he was a really big help! I appreciate everyone at this location and highly recommend it.
