We worked with Gale Force Construction for our kitchen renovation. Gary was very professional and great with communication throughout our entire project. He helped us take down a wall to open up our floor plan and recessed a load bearing beam into the ceiling, which really made the room flow together beautifully. We absolutely love our new kitchen and would highly recommend Gale Force Construction for any additions or renovation projects. (Before and After Photos included)
Gary Gale is an extremely professional and highly skilled contractor. Gary has both an architect and an engineer with whom he works closely, so the entire project, start to finish, was well coordinated. We had a 2nd floor addition to our Key West style house designed and built with a 1st floor covered lanai. In total, the addition converted about 100 sq feet from a non-climate controlled enclosed outdoor room (2nd floor space) that was barely used before, and added a 30’x16′ addition. He removed a cracked concrete slab and unusable “lanai” (a couple columns and a corrugated metal cover) and built us a beautiful 365 day outdoor lanai with lighting and ceiling fans. What a difference in light and functionality! He was tenacious when working with the window contractor (Pella) who had multiple delivery issues. He never let them off the hook or accepted excuses. Everyone that showed up on site, whether it was the demo team, his in-house framers (including himself), concrete sub, or any other skilled labor specialty was top notch and supervised by Gary to ensure everything met his high standards. Additionally, he had to coordinate with our pool contractor to deconflict use of the building spaces. Bonus, while we were waiting for permits, we were able to add a 12’x12′ garden shed (that didn’t require a permit) and it really added to the overall vibe of our new outdoor space. His pricing is fair, he works well with county permitting and inspectors, so the project kept on schedule, no major delays (except Pella, but that was way outside his control). Really love the transformation. Before photo and several after.
Bar None: The Best Contractor you can hire!
Gary is the most responsible and dedicated contractor you could use for any project in your home. He recently remodeled our laundry room and walk-in closet The results were spectacular. I kid you not. He is a fast and dedicated man and will step up to the plate if something is not to his standards.
Case in point: he had the floor stripped out because he realized it wasn’t the exact floor we had requested. That is honesty and dedication. Check out the pics of his work.
You will not be disappointed
Gary was excellent and I would highly recommend him. He ripped out a wall and replaced with two sets of French doors. Additionally, he installed tile in front of the doors. He was extremely detailed about the entire process and what he might find during the process. His follow up and communication was impressive and candidly not what you typically see from a contractor. Our first contractor abandoned us which was a blessing because we found Gary and have no concerns about the quality of the work
Gary did a great job installing my porch and double French doors connecting it to my kitchen! He is honest, efficient and fair. He actually took over this project from another contractor that I wasn’t happy with, and he worked with me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Gale Force.
