The fact they moved to a new location and only been opened for seven months but do such a great job and always so nice when I come in says a lot. They always offer all customers water or wine and everytime I have gone it gets busier and busier and everyone is happy with what they got done. I started going because I needed new nail spot and Ms. Kim hooked me up. She listened to what I wanted and is very sweet. Ladies if your in the armed forces and have to comply with any nail guidance such as an American manicure this is the place to go. Ms. Kim will hook you up everyone at my job loves my nails it’s been a hit ever since. I like my acrylic done thin and she did just that nothing bulky ever. I got to keep them short for work but she can do it all.
I got my nails done a few days ago and did gel french. I called the owner beforehand to say I was running a bit late when my appt was at 5:30pm (I knew they closed at 6:30 so was trying to be mindful of their time) and asked him if I should just come the next day but the owner said it was still fine to come. I got there at 5:45. The lady that did my nails was very sweet. In the middle of my nails, I overheard a comment by one of her friends looking at my nails and telling her 30 more minutes while she was doing my nails (insinuating she’d have to stay past closing time of 6:30). The woman that did my nails finished right at 6:30. My thumb chipped a few days after getting them done. I went back yesterday since I wanted them to look nice for a wedding I’m going to and they fixed it. But a today I saw that each nail is starting to chip slightly at the edge. I’ve never had this problem with gel before, this is disappointing. I will say my nails were a bit thin since I had dip removal that was improperly removed by another salon. However, the lady that did my nails should’ve treated them properly before applying the gel. I will not be returning.
Thank you Tammy for taking care of my nails and feet! I showed up 1st thing in the morning without an appointment and they took care of me right away. Being new here it was wonderful to receive 1st class service and care. The atmosphere is relaxing and I will definitely be back to take advantage of some of your other services!
What a great salon and nail techs. I will definitely be coming back. I went in for a Gel Manicure and regular pedicure. Tammy did my nails and she was great. My nails look amazing. Cami did my pedicure and she did such a great job. I was relaxed and had a nice cold drink as well. Very welcoming staff. Nice salon. Very clean and pleasant environment. Even have two pedicure chairs for the kiddos.
