The south Tampa location used to be a great spot but over the years has steadily declined. It is extremely unsanitary. Very dirty rooms and waiting area. Stains on the walls thick dust and dirt piled up in the corners body hair everywhere, it’s pretty gross and this is so disappointing because I was a huge fan of this spot!.. Maybe management can get it together and do a deep clean. Desk staff with at least half a brain would help too.
I just recently moved to Tampa from Colorado and had a previous tanning package with the one in Denver.
CAROLINE and ALAN were SO helpful with helping me figure out my account (because customer service was awful and kept giving me different answers)
I love all the spa services they provide, on top of all the top of the line beds and sunless tanning options.
I look forward to signing my sister up on their family unlimited plan, but even the individual unlimited plan is a GREAT price!
Moved back to Tampa and looking for my new spray tanning place. Got a free spray tan as a new member, drove 20 min out of my way and was told to spray I had to pay extra for an add on, didn’t bring my wallet so I couldn’t get it if I wanted to. So spent 50 min total out of my day for receiving an email confirmation on a free spray to being told to spray I have to purchase a spray add on
The south Tampa office is a complete mess. The Spray tan machines don’t work properly some of the time and have messed up my spray tan numerous times. There’s been plenty of times where I go and the POS machine Doesn’t work and check-in takes at least 10 to 15 minutes. Some of the staff don’t properly set up the spray tan so Instead of Getting clear rapid post, it’s bronze. That’s happened to me three times…. I highly suggest you find somewhere else to get a spray tan. The other tanning and red light booths are fine.
Everything about this place makes me mad. I just moved to town hoping to find a new place and was excited to find this salon. I was even more excited I could have a free trial. When I showed up there (sun sep 29) the girl working immediately rolled her eyes. When I told her about the free trial she started to get annoyed and complaining about the managment/owner on how they have a new system that they didn’t train her in. The entire time she was complaining and not making me want to be there. She then told me she could give me a few free packages but told me I have to pay for the unlimited package to do so. What is the point of a trial of I have to pay for a full month of unlimited. Then she proceeded to try and get a hold of someone and when they didn’t answer, she showed the phone to me saying, “see they’re not answering so I don’t know what to do”. Afterwards she asked me, “do you really want to get this done today?”. I was at my wits end with this girl. Like no I just came in on my only day off that I’m trying to enjoy for shits and giggles and to get treated horribly and hear how annoyed you are about the job you have and the manager/owner you have. I truly don’t think this person deserves to work here because it was a horrible customer service experience and she clearly doesn’t care to work there. What sucks even more, I was excited they have reasonable prices and was willing to buy the unlimited package at the end of my service(which i didn’t even get).
