We had a motion sofa and oversized buffet to hoist to second floor. Tyler was very attentive and responsive to my calls and text. When they arrived they realized the process was going to require creativity given the location and weight and size. They had to use a manual hoisting lift. A team of 7 people led by Tyler worked together to make it happen. They wrapped each piece in a blanket and plastic. I was very impressed with the care and protection given to each piece. I would def recommend them.
