Recently renovated as of the date of this post. Rooms very nice. Staff so welcoming and happy to see us. Stephen is especially helpful and friendly.
Gym is very nice. Coffee and tea available all the time and breakfast til 10, which is nice since most stop it earlier. Thanks for your hospitality!!
Currently staying here , hands down the best hotel experience we’ve ever had . Stephen , at the office has been incredibly warming , and helpful . Brought extra blankets up to our room almost as quick as we hung up the phone . Took care of my wife and daughter with a couple needs as well . With an actual genuine smile that couldn’t be faked . If somewhere this message is ever seen by someone that Stephen reports to , please , give this man a raise and keep him with this company at all costs . This is EXACTLY the person you want at the face of your business , or training others. Thank you Stephen , we need more people like you , not just in hospitality , but in the world !
This hotel exceded my expectations. Very clean, spacious. The complementary breakfast menu had many options . The breakfast attendant extremely helpful . The front desk manager Christina H, very accommodating , the cleaning staff going above and beyond.
This review is long overdue but I cannot express how much I appreciated the quality of service that I received here. For context, my sister, brother-in-law, and newborn niece all had to fly into FL due to a family emergency back in January and this was right before hurricane Milton hit the Tampa area. We ended up having to extend our stay due to the airport closing and the staff here were so accommodating in the midst of chaos.
Power had been knocked it for much of Tampa. There was a ton of flooding and for us out-of-towners, not a great option for food. The staff made sure we all still had access to food and provided little sack lunches with sandwiches, chips, and fruit as well as breakfast options.
Even though there wasn’t a way for us to access booking, Christina the guest service manager, made sure that we knew we would be covered for another night so there was one less thing to worry about. Everyone was amazing and made sure that guests were safe and taken care of.

Laundry is out and the elevator was out twice in one day. It’s a very beautiful clean hotel and the staff is nice. Due to renovations some amenities aren’t available. I would stay here again
