Oh man, I’m so glad I brought both my girls here. I had one here but now I have both of them and they love their provider Adrien Graham! She listens to my girls and just treats them super sweetly. Tells me exactly what her medical recommendations are and levels with us. I would recommend this office to any parent. We love the office of Teena Hughes. Any of the providers here are super helpful and kind.
I had a great experience with this practice today. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Everyone was extremely courteous and friendly. The pediatrician was very thorough and informative. My son has Autism Spectrum Disorder and it’s a challenge to work with him since he is somewhat nonverbal. However, the doctor was very patient with him and did not rush us. It was a wonderful experience.
We absolutely love Dr Hughes office! My children have been seen here their entire lives. Some are now in their 20’s and cried when they had to find a grown up doc. Now we bring our last baby at 14 and refer anyone with children to go. I’ve always loved that they don’t push meds so they can work when necessary. Great staff as well!
Just wanted to take a moment to shout out my son’s amazing pediatrician! Their care and dedication are unmatched, and they always make us feel heard and supported. From answering all my questions to creating a warm, welcoming environment, they’ve truly gone above and beyond for my son. I can confidently say they deserve 5 stars! Highly recommend!
I had a horrible experience with this office and was quite surprised based on the reviews. For starters I got a call on Thursday before the Monday that my one month old was scheduled. I felt it was unusual but I understand that things happen. I rescheduled my baby for the following Tuesday (which the weather is in the 40’s and it’s raining. I show up at the office for my appointment and after I signed it I was told that my insurance was inactive and they refused to see me. I asked why no one called me before dragging my 31 day old baby out the house and in the cold rain and I was told someone did call me. I took out my phone and showed the receptionist my call history and she just shrugged and told me I had to call my insurance. I tried showing her my online insurance details and she just said it’s inactive and I sat down with my newborn while trying to call the insurance company. After about 10 minutes and after I took my baby out her swaddle and car seat to soothe her the ride receptionist then offers for me to go to the baby room. I declined as I had already gotten her comfortable and putting her back in her car seat would just be too much work. After 41 minutes of waiting on hold with the insurance, I decided to leave and will be looking for a more considerate and professional doctor’s office for my newborn.
