I am selling my home and needed some repairs to pass inspection. Chris was fabulous. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was corrected. He was explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with the work. Definitely 5 star service at a very reasonable price. They even gave me a senior citizen discount!
Checked with a number of electrical companies for an estimate to install a replacement ceiling fan. They were the only one to provide an estimate without charging me a nonrefundable $49.99 to come to my house to make the estimate. Big plus for me. On time, clean, helpful, courteous, good workmanship and technical skill, excellent customer communication (both Andre on the phone and the young gentlemen who actually did the work on site), and all the other good stuff you would want. Deserving of the 5 star rating they already had, to which I add mine.
Chris was fast and efficient installing a ceiling fan, the wiring for it and an outside light.
Update: the fan stopped working because it was defective and overheated. Emailed Andre Williams on the weekend and he sent Chris out the next business day. Chris took the fan down so I could return it and came the next day to install the new fan. The new fan works perfectly. I am very happy with the work Chris did and how responsive this business is. Will definitely use them again.
I have worked with Andre for the last 13 years. His honesty and integrity are without question. He has done electrical work at our home as well as generator installation and service. He knows his stuff and is an amazing person too! I would not hesitate to hire him for any of my electrical or generator needs and neither should you. He is a man you can count on.
Contacted Andre in June of this year about a whole house generator. He came out and did an inspection of the electrical on my property and gave me a proposal that same day. His folks installed a 26KW Briggs and Stratton quickly and efficiently. It worked very well during hurricane Milton as we were without power for 4 days. I highly recommend I&C Electrical.
