I had an excellent experience with Julio and Celina at Impex GAE! After some damage to my car, I brought it in expecting a long wait and a stressful process. However, the team was incredibly efficient and got the job done quickly. The repair work was top-notch — my car looks as good as new. The customer service was outstanding as well; they kept me updated throughout the process and were friendly and professional. This is the best auto shop I’ve been to in Tampa. I can tell they actually care and I really enjoy the hospitality of the family . Many of us know how Tampa drivers are and how many of our cars end up in shops, only to be there for MONTHS.
I’ve taken my car to one shop and didn’t get it back until 6 months even after checking up with them. I’ve gotten my car back from here in about 2 weeks! Not saying that everyone’s damages will be back around that time but you can see the difference.
Bolivar did his THING on my car and has great attention to detail. Celina is very sweet, knowledgeable and helpful, Miss Maria is very warm and helpful as well and to Julio and Julian they definitely know what they’re doing and will explain things about your car that you may not have known before!
Really, just I was looking for the closest auto shop around, avoiding the one insurance was offering me like the first time, and I’ve found this family-owned business which is way better! Please, sometimes just do your research and read reviews, don’t just go for who the insurance ‘has a relationship’ with!
If you’re like me, a rental just isn’t as comfortable as your car, especially if you’ve been through a lot with it and you care about it!
Thank you all for everything and I will be back, hopefully next time just to make additions to my old car!!
The best body shop I have ever been to by far.
My friend’s car was unrecognizable we brought it here to impex and Julio the owner did an awesome job! I couldn’t even tell the car has been to a body shop and I as a profession I wet sand and buff freshly painted cars that come out of a paint booth. I couldn’t even tell the car has been painted. Awesome awesome job all the way around from start to finish. Great body shop.
They did absolutely amazing work for my car and for me!! They did it fast they did it right. They treated me unbelievably well this whole time. I DESTROYED the front left side of my car on a curb and messed up the hub assembly on the back left too. They did everything they could to replace EVERYTHING that was even slightly hurt. they took care of me as if I was family and I mean that. I’d love to get to know these guys on a personal level that’s the personal impact they left on me. Honestly wish I could work with them more. If you need any body work or anything fixed on your car they can probably do it and do it better. My car actually looks better now than when I bought it from the dealer they even removed the swirls the dealer left on my paint. Amazing work I appreciate everything they did and will definitely have them work on more if my vehicles if need be. Thank you guys for giving me my car back to me better than when I bought it. It means the world to me!!
