Worth the wait! Had a huge tree fall in my back yard from Hurricane Milton. Sergio and his crew were on time and thorough. Even with a small mechanical setback, they did a great job with the fallen tree and trimming the canopy on some camphor trees over my house. I’ve used Independent Tree Service in the past because of their professionalism, knowledge, and exceptional customer service and will definitely use them again!
I was very happy with the professional work done by the Independent Tree Service. It gave me a very competitive estimate, held to the schedule for the work, and cut down three tall and damaged palms that were a danger to my home. Jordan is an excellent arborist! He and his crew have evaluated our trees and a neighbor’s large Laurel Oak on several occasions and will return this Spring. Each time Jordan goes above and beyond with details and evaluates how the trees are doing and provides thoughtful recommendations.
I appreciate how each consult he takes almost an hour to discuss and answer any questions with without charging us for his time.
His interest is recommending whatever is truly best for the tree. A local family owned company for 47 years, he and his sister who runs the office are highly professional, intelligent individuals in their profession, and very customer focused. They are both so kind and helpful and patient with questions.
When Jordan’s crew did work on our property prior with a bucket truck they did an amazing job!

Independent Tree Service did an excellent job of trimming our two large live oak trees, removing several dead pine limbs, and finished cutting up one pine trunk. They are an excellent family owned company and we have been dealing with them for over 35 years. The five man crew that did today’s work was led by Sergio who has been with the company for over 13 years. He was easy to work with and went over their work plan with me from start to finish. They also removed all the fallen limbs and branches before they left for their next job. I was very happy with their work and highly recommend Independent Tree Service for all your tree care.
Independent Tree Service did a great job cuttingback an oak tree in preparation for the installation of solar panels. They had to remove a section of my fence to drive equipment through. Put fence together and cleaned up after the job. Excellent work!
