I highly recommend this practice. I went here monthly for about 2 years and saw Megan. Megan was patient, insightful, met me where I am and I never felt judged. She gave resources when needed, listened without interrupting, and utilized EMDR when it was applicable. If you’re looking for a safe space to grow and talk through whatever is on your mind, Megan and the It Begins Within Clinic is your spot.
I had been struggling for years from a past trauma and went to IBW for EMDR therapy. It’s been transformational for my life and relationships and I’m greatly appreciative of the entire team here.
This place is filled with Therapists that are truly amazing! I saw a therapist here a month or so ago and unfortunately, we did not vibe very well and I had a pretty upsetting experience. I voiced my concerns to Mary, who set me up with Kaitlyn and I immediately felt so much better after seeing Kaitlyn. She is so nice and friendly. She advised a treatment plan right away and it felt like she really cared about what’s going on. I felt heard, respected, and validated. I cannot thank her enough for making my experience so good and I’m looking forward to continuing my counseling here! THANK YOU GUYS
