Extremely unprofessional staff from the very first moment I arrived. There were about 5-6 staff members and only one other vehicle when I arrived. I said good morning to the staff and did not hear anything back. I already knew they were not in a good mood. They kept pushing for me to purchase extra additional services with them which I’m aware of this. Every time I declined extra services the employee continued to be more upset at me. The entire time I was at this Jiffy Live I felt as if I wasn’t wanted there as a customer. I felt uncomfortable and it gave me anxiety to be there. I had to reset my own car for my oil dashboard percentage. They also did not put the sticker for me to return after the specific amount of miles. I will never return to jiffy lube after this experience. Retrain your staff to be courteous and have simple manners with their customers. There was absolutely no need for me to be treated as if I was bothering the staff. There’s tons of oil changing businesses surrounding the area. Providing good customer service is important in order to retain repeat customers. I’ll make sure all my friends and family members are aware of what I went through so that others don’t have to go through the same. Best of luck to your staff.
