I would highly recommend K&K Glass! I needed a new windshield. I called my insurance company and insisted on being able to use a company I was comfortable with based on google reviews. With each company she read off, I did my google search to see reviews and customer complaints. When it came to K&K Glass, the choice was obvious. Great customer service, great installation team and they got me in right away. And they even did the service onsite at my house. It took less than an hour! I highly recommend this company over all others out there. I have heard nightmare stories from family and friends on the other companies, from now on, I will go to K&K Glass for all my glass needs. Thank You so much!
Had an insurance claim for a new windshield. The entire process could not have been easier. Front office was friendly and fast. Nate was in my shop and done within 2 hours of my call. One guy, by himself – did the entire windshield on a 2019 Dodge Ram ProMaster 3500. Awesome work. The window had the SMALLEST of leaks about a week later: Nate was out within a couple hours, again, and completely re-sealed the windshield – not one complaint. Haven’t had a problem since. I hate saying he had to come back out a second time, but Nate stands behind his work and he proved it. I can’t recommend this company enough.
I forgot about reviewing this before (2021)…two windshields replaced from here. The first one had to be reinstalled twice, the second one, requested for OEM they installed something else, the windshield is not the same size as OEM. The first one leaked air on the upper side and made noises, this one leaks water on the lower side because of being smaller. They always have an excuse to provide you as to why it fits different and it won’t work appropriately and its not installers or their windshields fault. its YOUR vehicle that was manufactured this way….already seen several windshields replace on the same make/model/year and don’t have any of the issues Ive had. Can’t wait for something to hit the glass and crack it enough to get a new one…This second windshield quality is so bad that any little thing hitting it will do small cracks in it (not big enough for the insurance to replace, and I won’t cheat on the insurance to replace it), weeks from getting it already had three repairs, two made by K&K one at a different place. Only went back here because when needed, no one else had appointments available.
We had a pebble hit our windshield several months ago, just before the Pandemic started. We arranged through our insurance company to get a replacement. They told us to contact K&k Glass, which we did. Then we decided to wait when the virus seemed to take over the world. The K & K glass staff were most understanding when we postponed having the replacement done. A few weeks ago, we decided to go ahead with the replacement. A date was set up and they arrived right on schedule. The gentleman wore a mask and did a great job. I am happy to recommend K & K Glass! Anne Foster-St. Arnauld
Great service! Had David come out and replace a windshield. He was great, explained everything for me and was surprisingly fast! I definitely recommend using them to do any work you need.
