Blaze teaches my yoga class at Life Time Monday and Wednesday at 12:45, 2.5 weeks ago he invited me to his hot sauna + cold plunge class at Kodawari. I have been coming every day since my first class and sometimes twice a day, my life has taken the most positive turn in my entire life, I am sleeping through the night, my mental clarity is on premium point, my muscle recovery is better than it’s ever been, I have no more road rage; just to name a few benefits. I owe it all to my brother Blaze, the truly amazing Kodawari staff, and the Kodawari family of members. Thank you all for accepting me into your family. You all are now a part of my family.
