Ok so, i paid ALOT of money for this. Worth every dollar. Couldn’t be happier. Had like 4 dishes that were better than anything ive ever had in my entire life. The wine and sake pairings were fantastic and i hate wine and i hate sake. Only thing id say is i think the caviar and truffle add on isnt worth it for $105. The wagyu steak sando is the greatest thing ive ever eaten with the sea urchin apple crisp and milk bread dish coming in as a photo finish. Absolutely worth every dollar.
Listen. Koya has a Michelin Star (and they absolutely deserve it) so you don’t need me to tell you how incredible the food is. But let’s talk about the atmosphere and the service.
Koya seats 8, maybe 9. This is an intimate affair. Every chef is incredibly knowledgeable about every dish, every ingredient, and every sake. The presentation is impeccable. Every dish is absolutely perfect. Not just the taste, but the presentation, the texture, the descriptions, and the drink pairings.
Don’t treat your time at Koya like a regular meal. Treat it like an experience. Because that’s what it is. And it’s worth every penny.
Everything is top notch. The servers are friendly and very knowledgeable. Their passion shows. The food is delicious- it is fresh, with perfect pairings and a beautiful presentation. The ambiance is intimate and comfortable. The wine and sake pairing was intriguing. Our dinner was quite the experience and lovely to celebrate a special occasion (thanks for the card and champagne!).

Koya’s accolades are more than deserved. As soon as you step foot in the restaurant, the feel of intimacy hits you. The small yet inviting interior shows the attention to detail. We were warmly greeted by each of the staff and chefs and were welcomed with a glass of champagne as we were celebrating.
Eric and Adriana’s passion for food and experience is unmatched. We greatly appreciated the knowledge that they shared throughout our meal.
The food was more than just that; it was an immersive experience from being able to watch the preparations, the smells, and of course the taste and presentation. Each course was meticulously thought through with complex yet simple flavor highlighting the ingredients.
Though this was a special occasion, I can see ourselves back at Koya very soon!
