Lovely store! It is fantastic for unique and vintage items. There was also a great selection of items for alternative fashion! My only issue would be that it’s a bit pricey, but the price worth it if you can find something that you love.
I can’t say enough amazing things about this one of a kind boutique clothing establishment and the people that work there. Even tho I am a regular, I went to refresh the wardrobe and pick out an authentic piece for Gasperilla. The selections were endless and I have to give a huge shout out to Amanda for her exceptional support in making sure I found exactly what fit and taking care to make me feel comfortable during the process. She is patient and extremely experienced in corsetting and fitting. It’s art more than science. Also the prices were competitive and the quality unmatched. This really is the only place to go and it’s worth the drive! Will be back!
My goodness how in the world did I forget just how special this vintage store is. The second you walk in you feel transported to your best childhood memories. Playing dress up, there’s is something for everyone. Popped in with the hopes I might find a proper hat for Kentucky Derby. I found the staff to be extremely helpful , even shared the name of the Milner for my hat.
My son and I were visiting from out of town. We heard about this vintage shop from a local we met. So glad we squeezed a visit to La France in before we left. My son was so happy with his unique finds which included a WWII Naval Uniform. Everyone there was so helpful and attentive.
We really enjoyed the area. The chickens in the street cracked us up! We are planning another trip to Tampa and this will be on the list to return to.
Really cool store and with some really cool items! The prices are a bit expensive, but they totally make sense for the quality of the pieces.
My only complaint is about the dressing rooms, they’re super close to where everyone else is shopping and the doors are short enough that if someone about 5’9” was walking past could easily look in. Which is pretty uncomfortable to me when I was trying some dresses on; I’d wish there was some more privacy, I guess, when it came to the dressing room.
Besides that, customer service is amazing, the staff is so cool! Definitely would recommend this place to others. Overall rating was about 8.5/10.
