I swear like half my closet is from this place. They have the best selection of women’s clothes at any secondhand store I’ve been to in South Tampa for very reasonable prices. I found perfectly fitting 7 for all mankind jeans (like $250 new) here for $8!!!, YSL heels for under
Drove up 25miles from St Pete so the cashiers could take off the beeper taps they neglected to remove omg. Brought up the problem to the store manager and was met with defensiveness before we begrudgingly accepted a whopping $5 store credit on our $30 purchase, as they do not accept returns on majority of the items in store. Definitely spend your money elsewhere!
Yesterday, I found some amazing items. I bought a skirt, and 2 pairs of jeans. The brands are high end, and my total was $70. I will say, the skirt had the tags still attached and the jeans retailed for over $200. I am still excited for finding these! I don’t know how people can get upset selling. I’ve sold to this store a few times and they have rejected shoes right in front of me. Am I offended? Not one bit. It’s their store and they can choose what to sell and for how much. You have to be choosy and get items at low prices to make enough to continue business. Wages, overhead, and the expense if the items doesn’t sell. Anyways, wonderful store, highly recommended. Very clean and organized. I always find great things!
I’ve been hanging on to being a returning customer but my last visit made me officially want to be done with this place. Customer service has absolutely declined- always an attitude and rudeness. Also, brought in nearly brand new Vintage Havanas originally priced at $130 and boutique dresses with tags and was offered $15 to keep the shoes, pair of jeans and a boutique dress. The resale prices are marked up so high, you’re better off searching elsewhere than spending time sifting through maybe finding a good deal.
SELLER BEWARE!!
Store is nicely organized from a buyer’s perspective. However the seller experience is abysmal. The store is busy so when you go to sell, there are likely 5 people in line behind you. I had never sold at the store before and asked them to explain the process. They said that I needed to return to the store within 24 hours of an offer being made or else my items would be donated. They also explained that I could receive either cash or store credit. NEVER did they explain that the cash option was only good if you return within 24 hours. I was fine with my items being donated but I did not want store credit.
In retrospect I should have just donated my items. I would have felt a lot better about the process. Now I just feel taken advantage of.
