In 2007 I was almost completely deaf in both ears. I could barely keep my job and people made fun of me as if I was mentally impaired, because I didn’t hear them and always had to say “what or huh”? Dr. Bartels accepted me as a patient and performed surgery on my right ear and implanted a titanium Ear Drum. Within two weeks I was hearing the birds chirp and finally had 100% hearing in my right ear. It was a miracle operation and am and will always be indebted to Dr. Bartels and his team. Dr Bartels makes office visit as comfortable as possible under the circumstances as well as all his staff. His knowledge is undeniable and he is patient and professional as well.
Dr. Bartels gave my profoundly deaf baby bilateral cochlear implants four years ago. He now attends public school, speaks for himself, sings, loves music and hearing and enjoying life with hearing technology. Doctor Bartels was quick and thorough and did a fantastic job with his surgery. The recovery was quick, and the audiology team was amazing. I would absolutely recommend them in a heartbeat. These people care about their patients and take great care with them.
Dr. Loren Bartels is the best ENT doctor ever. He performed surgical procedure for my unexplained severe case of vertigo 38 years ago, and I have never suffered from dizziness/vertigo since that time. He’s very professional, personable and caring.
Dr. Bartels is quite impressive. He takes the time to answer questions and makes cochlear implants easy to understand. Truly a dedicated professional.
