Had to call an Uber for Pick Up! I have used this service several times but this past weekend, my sister and I waited an hour for NO DRIVER to come pick us up.
We followed the directions to the pick up spot, reached out to the dispatcher, the dispatcher said to us it would be about 15min, lied saying the driver didn’t see us. Then the dispatcher stopped responding when we tried to call and continued to lie about the ETA of the driver. We waited at the pick up spot for an hour. The driver never came and I had to call an uber to take me to my car at their lot.
I will not be using this service ever again.
Memorial Airport parking was easy to book and pre-pay online. The attendant and the shuttle driver were courteous and professional. The shuttle was promptly at the airport when we arrived. I would highly recommend this parking lot for value and great customer service.
Excellent experience parking here for a flight out of TPA. Very affordable and extremely convenient. Checking in was fast and efficient, and the shuttle service was exceptional. Dropped us off right at the ticket counters. I landed after midnight, and the driver was already making rounds to pick up passengers. Obviously you’ll need to budget some more time since it’s about a 10 min drive to the airport but I believe it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend
We always use them every time we travel out of Tampa International Airport. Our most recent trip we didn’t have any issues with them of course it just all depends on how many people they have which makes you wait a little bit longer for pick up other than that they are always nice friendly and if you follow the instructions on the paperwork they give you you are good to go. I will definitely be using them again next month.
