They need help with commercial account holders lazy people work here they rather walk around and try to avoid you and try to sell you damage parts they don’t even check to make sure the parts are good. Please do better

Talk about going beyond the honor of the market place . Peter the assistant manger identified a problem and created a solution. I was quoted an incorrect amount for a window regulator the representative who initially assisted me was great was he just made an error which is just a coaching opportunity.However, documentation is better than conversation.Peter explained the issue at hand ,most importantly he provided a solution. With our current climate with many workers being overworked and underpaid for the value they bring to the market place and rental rates over 2,000 and high inflation many companies aren’t stepping to the plate with a solution for there employees there demanding more value for service.Peter exceeded my expectations at this point it was not about the money because I could have ordered the part online it was how he handled the issue. It was obvious it was not corporate training it was a genuine concern which heart felt. True leaders like Peter aren’t made they are born.
