Do not trust this clinic if your dog needs care. I took my dog to this clinic and he had an allergic reaction, he was not treated with priority or with the necessary care. I took my dog to Notth Bay Animal Hospital for two days in a row, I had to take my dog to the emergency room on the same day he was seen at the clinic, at 9 pm, because everything he had when he was admitted to this clinic got worse after two consecutive days of going to the clinic. This is not a trustworthy place to take your animals.
All of the doctors and staff here are amazing! They take such good care of my high-energy corgi and helped my cat who was having urinary issues and prescribed a diet that has improved his health significantly! I highly recommend them if your pet is having any health concerns 🙂

I had an emergency with my 13-year-old dog but had not yet established a vet in the area. Other vets turned him away, but North Bay Animal Hospital accepted him. They did X-rays and blood tests, and they determined he had cancer and pancreatitis and was near end of life.
The vet and other staff were so professional and compassionate. They gave me as much time as I needed to make my decision and to be with my dog before and during his passing. They handled my order of his ashes and clay paw print. They even sent me a sympathy card that all the staff personally signed. Their knowledge and kindness impressed me, so I took my next dog to them as well.
