They seem well organized and tailored for each patient. I didn’t see any problems. The office looked clean and each person was waited on in a timely manner. Everything seemed efficient and the staff was polite. They explained things clearly, and did not seem rushed , and I did not feel uncomfortable about being at the dentist’s office.
I cannot recommend North Pointe highly enough. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and professional. The hygienists are all thorough but gentle. The staff deals with all of the insurance drama for me. My entire extended family goes here and loves them. I have been going here for years, even while I wasn’t living in Tampa.
I’ve been going here since I was 5 and I’m currently 27. North Pointe Dental has felt like a home to me every time I arrive, due to the atmosphere and staff that have been here with me since the start. Every hygienist I’ve been with provides compassionate care and always make it a priority to ask thoughtful questions to get to know each patient. The doctors are also phenomenal, with Dr. Tindell and previously his father, providing the same compassionate care as their hygienists. If I were to change providers, I don’t believe I would be able to find any other establishment as fantastic as North Pointe Dental.
I’ve been going to see Dr. Tindell for a few years now and absolutely love him and the staff!!!! They are always so nice and give such a welcoming experience whether you’re a new patient or established patient. I referred a friend to see him and she fell in love with everyone. She’s been afraid of seeing a dentist for such a long time and now feels comfortable. Thanks to such an amazing team!!
