Onpoint garage doors are incredible! Now my go to! My door needed repair and after other companies told us they couldn’t fix it, Gabriel came out same day, provided honest feedback, gave a quote for an affordable price and fixed the issue within 2 days without trying to sell us a new door. He is reliable, honest and provides great customer service. We will definitely use his services again.
I contacted Onpoint Garage Doors to see if my badly dented garage door could be repaired. The door also needed a new spring which had broken and new rollers to replace ones that were badly worn. Gabriel Colon got right back to me and soon after he was at my house. We discussed repair and replacement options. Gabriel convinced me that he could remove the dents, replace the springs and rollers, and that a replacement door was not needed. He quoted me the prices for both options and I went with the repair option. Onpoint Garage’s online quote was just as he told me so I approved it, and the next day Gabriel and his team were at my house to repair my door. The door looks and works great! Onpoint Garage Doors is family owned and operated and offers very competitive pricing. Gabriel was a pleasure to work with and he quickly built trust and earned my confidence. Gabriel was knowledgeable, kind and HONEST. He could have told me anything and charged me quite a lot for my issue. Instead he told me it was a simple (for him!) sensor issue and he forced everything back into perfect alignment. Fixed it in about 5 min and then checked out the condition of my entire garage door system and recommended things for the future to save me money. Couldn’t ask for better service!
