Been working with Tracy for over a year. He is extremely friendly and helpful and explains everything to me when I have questions. We had a bug problem – I was so scared , they came immediately and took care of it. Haven’t had any bugs since (over a year). As a single woman living alone I feel safe when they come as well. Had treatment for subterranean termites that unexpectedly showed up in our FL house, which was recently rehabbed after being flooded out by Hurricane Milton.
Orkin responded very promptly with a thorough inspection report and estimate, followed by treatment in a couple days. All seemingly satisfactory, safe for dog, very polite professional personnel, big relief.
