Called ahead of time for a ford transmission and ask them to check if they still have it and if is in good condition and they said it is on the shelf is good and ready to go. I drove an hour to go pick up the next day and they said , the transmission case is cracked “we can sell it for parts only”. What a joke this place is. I have scratched them off my parts suppliers list.
The employees here knowingly sold me a broken condition it’s clearly marked I called them the same day I bought it told him it was broke told them I wanted my money back they said fine after taking off work early today and leaving an hour and a half early but cost me $30 and drove all the way here they refused to give me my money
Purchased a Cadillac SRX bumper and everything was smooth and Elias was super helpful and easy to deal with
Garbage junk they don’t even give warranty they say they do less then 16hrs return a part with recipe bunch of rats here . As A Buyer that buys parts every day go to gagles Davidson’s bee solutions a alternative and they at least keep there word on warranty .
