Would recommend using OTC for home security installation. The 2 installers that showed up to install the system were very professional and right on time. Ralf at OTC was very professional and walked me through the process from start to finish. Excellent camera system.
I’ve been searching for a company that installs security cameras with no monthly subscription fees for a while. With COVID some places stopped doing installations and others would only install cameras that they provide. I reached out to OTC from a Google search and the great reviews. Ralf contacted me right away to discuss options available and said they can install a system if I purchased it myself. He even went as far as reviewing some of the cameras I was considering to provide his input so I can pick the best one and that’s what I did. Ralf and Mark arrived on time and was done within 3 hours. They were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable with the camera placement and angles. Also, the installation cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.
Ralf and mark were awesome! They arrived early and install very good quality cameras/system. The equipment is easy to use with the training they provided and the price was reasonable. I’m extremely satisfied with the product and their service and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

We needed exterior security cameras installed at our home.
Rafael made suggestions & described pros and cons of different layouts.
I must have called him 3-4 times with questions and he patiently answered all of them.
We came to an agreement and he submitted the price for the project, which by the way, was very reasonable.
Rafael came to the house on time and did a fantastic job with the installation of the cameras. Rafael worked neatly and cleaned up after himself.
He then trained us in the use of the surveillance system on our iPhones.
He also installed two large screen televisions.
