Superb. After having a terrible experience building our home, our home flooded the following year. An incredibly stressful situation to go through and Paul Davis and their team made it pretty much flawless. Our home was inhabitable, they gave us a date that we would be able to move back in and it was a few days earlier than planned! Communication, professionalism, and their quality or workmanship are amazing. Our home looks better now than when it was first built! Tyler, Stephanie, Rob, Jason, Betsy, and Amel were just some of the team we got to work with and they were all great! I highly recommend Paul Davis if you ever experience anything like we have!

The Paul Davis crew (Geno, Luis, Jesus, Jose & Emmanuel) were absolutely fantastic at handling our water damage remediation work. We experienced a slow water line leak in the outside wall next to our kitchen. Water came through the wallboard and insulation in the wall and eventually began leaking from the bottom of our cabinetry and onto our kitchen floor. The Paul Davis crew knew exactly what to do, were thorough, and solved the problem for us. In doing so, they had to remove our cabinetry and wallboard and set up equipment to dry out the area so reconstruction could begin. They also had to test for and eliminate mold and bacteria that had formed from the slow leak. This required several days of drying. This crew took exceptional care when removing our cabinetry and drawers to save as much of the cabinetry as possible so that it could be used again when we reconstruct the kitchen. Each day of this process, Geno came by and checked on how everything was going, Luis was the head of the crew and he also came by and supervised the work being done. Jesus, Jose and Emmanuel all were very careful and were thorough in their work. The entire crew was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in all they did. My wife and I can only heap praise upon them and Paul Davis. We are so very glad we chose Paul Davis as the company do to our remediation work. And, we are particularly pleased that they sent this particular crew to do the work for us. As a result, we not only want to give Paul Davis a 5 Star rating, but we intend to use them for the reconstruction phase as well. Paul Davis is a fabulous company with fabulous employees. We unequivocally recommend them to anyone needing the kind of service Paul Davis Company provides.
Three words come to mind when reflecting on our recent home renovations managed by Paul Davis: Professional, Efficient, and Receptive.
Professional: From the men and women that entered our home, spoke with us on the phone, to the skilled craftsmen that did the work, our interactions were very professional as was the actual WORK that was done. We have already had family and friends over who have commented on our beautiful floors. Now that we have “lived” with the finished products for a few weeks, we can also say that the flooring was installed exceptionally well! The floors are our favorite part of this project–the quality of the install is truly evident! They not only look beautiful, but they feel solid and durable.
Efficient: One of the great benefits of dealing with Paul Davis was that we did not need to be behind the scenes scheduling and “lining up” the work–that was all handled for us. Furthermore, when we were told that workers were going to come out, they came out! Getting the work moving and having teams out when they were scheduled was greatly appreciated by us as this seems to NOT be the norm with many companies/businesses any more. In addition, most days the work started early in the morning and was wrapped up by the time most of the family came home from work and school. The project moved very quickly following the plan that Paul Davis laid out for us. We were kept informed of who would be out and when. The fact that our family was able to stay in the house while the project was in progress was HUGE–and this was the direct result of the smooth and quick scheduling and efficient work that was done throughout.
Receptive: Our interactions with Mark, Shawn and Robert made this project successful. All three of these men were professional and receptive to our questions, concerns and requests. We feel that they made every attempt to provide care and good customer service from day one. Open communication is key in any project and this held true in our experience with all three checking in on the project via text/phone as well as physically coming out to inspect and keep track of the work being done. For example, Robert personally installed a shelf under a cabinet for us one day when he was out, Mark has been available to talk things over via phone the entire time (and came out initially to get the project rolling), Shawn recently came out (even though the project was technically finished) to address a concern we have with our countertops. The above mentioned were simply highlights as all three professionals were highly involved with our renovations–truly a team approach.
The saying, “you get what you pay for” sums up our experience with Paul Davis. We paid for top quality work and got top quality work done at our home. Transparently speaking, the cost of our project was not cheap and we know we could have saved money by going with a different company/purchasing materials from other distributors; however, we do not believe we would have had the same positive experiences when it came to the QUALITY of the install, the professionalism, the efficiency or the top-notch receptive communication that we had with Paul Davis.
