Peaceful Peacock Yoga is such a welcoming studio. I haven’t done yoga in over 25 years so I was anxious to try it again. Everyone who I have met at the studio has been so kind and encouraging. I like that the instructors encourage you to do what feels best for you. I highly recommend them.
The Peaceful Peacock is the best yoga studio in Orlando! The vibe is relaxing and inviting. As a beginner I love that the space in inclusive, nonjudgmental and not competitive. Every individual is encouraged to participate at their comfort level and enjoy their practice. This studio is a hidden gem!
I’ve attended different levels of yoga and also Reiki classes at PP and with different instructors (Frannie and Michelle, who both are loving, attentive and awesome!). All staff and students on all of my visits were full of polite positive energy and kindness. I like how there’s no pressure to be a master yogi and people of all levels are invited to release any pose that doesn’t feel maintainable. That’s important for novices and I wasn’t the only person there who isn’t a yoga expert yet.
When I first walked in I smelled HOME and knew I was in the right place. Looking around everything is clean and neat with a good vibe in the air, so definitely a perfect place to relax your mind and stretch your body to healing music playing just loud enough to hear and enjoy it, but soft enough to not be a bother to your meditation.
Classes are reasonably priced and there are various classes to accommodate most people’s schedules so while I live an hour away, I’m quite sure I’ll be back again and again as I learn to become a yogi myself.
Before finding this place, I’d never attended yoga in the same place twice. I’ve now found my central Florida yoga home and Peaceful Peacock has my full endorsement.
Cool vibes. Love the vintage apparel store inside. Got a nice jacket. Good energy about this place. To top it off you can hear peacocks from the neighborhood while entering.
I attended my first event here yesterday sponsored by Pineapple Healthcare. It was a yoga session designed for everyone, including novices like myself. As well as an hour sound meditation session with bowls. This was EXACTLY what I needed yesterday. Amazing experience and a chance to relax.
I will be back to try some future classes/experiences!
