Sarah’s emotional response proves my point on why this review was well needed. There were no false statements things are in black and white including the time stamps of your poor communication. I was referred to as “Mr.” 3 times and even after I expressed that it still was not corrected because the letter that was sent out still had me addressed as Mr. which are in my emails too. We reached out on Dec 23rd and was told by your receptionist that we will receive a call back and never did. You ghosted us. Your time management, organization, and professionalism was poor which is the reason you are receiving this review. She has a 17 year history of responding idiotically to all truthful negative reviews.

Do not expect any assistance from the receptionist. She is unable to answer basic questions about the Pearts’ schedule or availability. We were informed by the receptionist that they are not in the same building and she has no knowledge of their schedule. Problems became apparent after our free consultation with Bryant. They are either rarely in the office or fail to answer calls when the receptionist transfers them. Our emails went largely unanswered, and communication with both Bryant and Sarah has been poor.

We paid $595 for them to send a demand letter. When we asked Bryant about the timeline, he said it would take 7-10 business days. On the 10th business day, we received no updates. After emailing and calling, we were told by the receptionist that they had left the office hours after we sent our email. We had to submit another inquiry just to get a response. I’m unsure whether Sarah Peart even exists, as we’ve only ever communicated with Bryant via phone and email.

In total, we had to wait an additional 7 business days without consistent communication. The demand letter was only sent after I voiced concerns about their lack of professionalism and communication. Despite knowing we were on a deadline, they showed no urgency. On December 19, 2024, Bryant emailed us stating they could schedule an appointment with Sarah for Monday, December 23, 2024. We agreed to the appointment, but it was never scheduled, and we have not heard from them in over a week.

Additionally, they continued to address me as “Mr.,” despite my wife and I correcting them several times and informing them that we are both women. I don’t look like a male, and neither do I sound like one. The professionalism and organization are clearly lacking, and I wouldn’t want them to represent me in court if they couldn’t handle a simple task like this. As a result, we have decided to move forward with a different legal representative.

Bryan was professional and more importantly, kind. He was attentive and didn’t make me feel rushed when asking questions. He was very relatable. I highly recommend this firm for all future real estate/landlord/tenant concerns. Family owned and operated. An added bonus! A+ service. Thanks Bryan for your help!
