We absolutely love Dr. Hiben! My son is not one to like doctors, but he really likes him! He’s always funny and really friendly. He puts my son at ease. He’s really great with patients and parents alike. Highly recommend him. The rest of the staff at the clinic is super helpful and always very friendly too
Dr. Hiben is wonderful! The kids love him, he actually listens to you and explains things in a very clear concise manner. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and caring.
Dr. Hiben clearly has found his calling in Pediatric medicine. He is so down to earth and friendly that it does not even feel like you are in a doctor’s office. Dr Hiben is truly interested in the well being of the child and his low-key bedside manner is truly refreshing. Plus – he is just a real nice guy. I would highly recommend Dr Hiben to ANYONE who has a need for Pediatric care.
Dr. Hiben is the best! He makes the kids feel at ease and listens to the parents concerns and addresses them. He has been our pediatrician for over 20 years. We even followed him to Tampa! We still live in Lakeland, but always make the drive to see him or Jessica. She is awesome too! My sons age out this year and we are so sad.
After working in a doctor’s office for 7 years I know things will never be perfect. The medical assistant I didn’t really care for her because when I tried to explain my son didn’t need any shots because he was up to date. She got offended and said something smart. I understand she didn’t want to be wrong but people make mistakes. Long story short he didn’t need any and she didn’t say my bad or anything. The check in process is easy and the lady at the front desk is very nice. Jessica APRN takes her time to answer questions and make sure you understand.
