Honestly, without Fernando Perez III I’m not sure where our case would have ended up! Our former lawyer left us without counsel just one week prior to my husbands removal proceedings. Fernando helped us to get a continuance granted for our Cancellation of Removal hearing. After that, he prepared us for our trial in just 90 days! He was very honest with us and made sure we knew every possible outcome. He was there for us every step of the way and helped us to understand everything. Christine is also amazing is on top of things, she is so sweet and always knows how to help! The day of our trial went without any issues and came out in our favor!! We are now just waiting for a number to come available for my husbands green card! Fernando is very straightforward but he really does care for his clients. Edited to add: We finally received the letter from the judge that my husbands green card had been approved!! Unfortunately USCIS sent it to the wrong address! A quick call to Perez and Associates and they took action right away without hesitation. It is a long wait for a replacement but knowing that I have Fernando and Christine in my corner eases all of my worries. They are quick to respond and even quicker to take care of all of our needs. If you are in an immigration situation, they are definitely the ones you need to hire! I am still and will forever be grateful for them for keeping my family together.
