We cannot thank the team at Pet Paradise Odessa enough for the incredible care they provided for our dog, Franklin, during such a challenging time. After our home was impacted by Hurricane Helene, they went above and beyond to accommodate us, even allowing Franklin to stay longer when we needed it most. They sent us photos to lift our spirits and, upon pickup, gifted us a thoughtful care package with essential items. The staff truly made it possible for us to focus on getting our lives back together, knowing Franklin was in such loving and capable hands. We trust them completely with Franklin, and would wholeheartedly recommend Pet Paradise Odessa to anyone seeking compassionate, reliable care for their pets.
Love this location. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. My Dobermans and terrier come here any time we go out of town and they love it. Their personality never changed so I know they were happy while staying. Their picture request can be a little delayed and I did need to call in to request them for that day but they were quick to send them after. I’d still return with my pack.
This was our first time going to Pet Paradise, and I was extremely happy with the entire experience. Alex was Snickers groomer and I must say Snickers took to Alex right away. Alex was so patient, kind and professional, and he did such a beautiful precise Doodle cut that Snickers never looked so handsome. I will definitely be back again. I don’t normally do reviews, but I just have to say how amazing my experience with Pet Paradise Odessa was over this past weekend. My dog is very anxious, which makes me incredibly nervous to board her anywhere. Not only were they incredibly sweet and patient with my dog, but they also answered every question that I had. They were beyond accommodating. Best boarding experience ever! You can tell all the employees love their jobs 🙂
Update 1/25: Pet Paradise is a perfect name for this pet resort. Walking in and seeing all the dogs playing together in the water is life at Pet Paradise. My dog is fed as we request and they took care of meds he recently needed on a 7-day stay. Staff do a great job and I always feel they hire people who care about the animals they board. Great job team! Photo is Eddie napping after his stay. He’s so happy to go there every time.
We leave our Eddie at Pet Paradise Odessa for 2 weeks and he does great. What I like is their professional care, attention to our dog’s particular needs and likes, and how happy he is with their careful handling and dog groups. He loves this place. The dogs are great and, oh yeah, the staff rock!
