    Lease started June 2024 and its been nothing short of a disaster. I pay several thousand per month for a house that has flooded twice during rainy season – not even d/t the hurricane!! This is water intrusion from lack of yard drainage. I’m concerned about mold & repeat flooding. Ceiling has a leak, kitchen cabinet was pulling off the wall, spigots have broken, the pool leaks, broken tree limbs hanging on electrical wires… just to name a few issues. Customer service will answer your calls quickly and politely; they will put in work orders and then the viscous cycle begins!! You’ll get a text saying someone is coming (but with no details of which work order this is in reference to, or if they need inside access or not?!) & either they don’t show up, have no clue why they’re there, don’t speak English, or only address half of the issue that they’re there for. If they do submit recommendations, then it sits in limbo on progress’ end or you see the case is closed with no resolution!! It has been a part time job keeping up with maintenance, contacting vendors and requesting status updates from Progress – this should NOT be the tenants responsibility. The property manager has ghosted me. I’ve requested a case to have lease voided or even transfer to a new home – nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    I submitted multiple work orders after moving into the house. Progress sent someone within a week to address all of the issues. Brian Bieri was the technician and he was great. He did all of the work he could and he did not cut corners. Everything was repaired properly and he even pointed out some things I missed (like an outdoor faucet that was leaking) in my inspection of the house. Brian ordered parts for other repairs and set a time for him to come back out before he left this job. I’m extremely satisfied with his knowledge and service he provided today.

    Me and the family recently moved in our home on November 2024 . We love the home and the neighborhood is lovely considering staying here for years to come but. Unfortunately two major issues one progress residential uses an outside service called con service and I have to say that is the worse company I ever witness. Never answer or return calls my bill looks like a grocery list I mean charges I never knew about until I moved and noticed I was told our trash will be $8.78 a month but con service is charging $32 a month and the kicker progress keep saying issue resolve but no one told me and the bills are still high while being charge trash from progress and con service . Second issue have a huge roach infestation that I been dealing with since I moved we tried everything even they sent a big guy out that sprayed like whatever and left in 10 mins . We’re getting no help with these roaches a problem that was here before we move and nobody seemed to correct it before we moved in which I do not like . unfortunately might have to get a tent for the entire house my family def not please with the roaches while paying ridiculous fees it is uncomfortable.

    “My experience with Progress Residencial has been extremely disappointing. After moving out of the house, I expected to receive my full deposit within a reasonable time frame, as stated in the lease. However, it has been over 1 month 1 week and I still have not I have received no refund nor a clear explanation why.

    During my stay, I also faced several maintenance issues such as the air lasting for days without being fixed, they also had problems in fixing the shower and it took 1 week to fix it. Repair requests took a long time resulting in uncomfortable living conditions and in some cases, unsafe. They also wanted to charge me many times for problems with the hoa and the grass and they never maintained the trees and bushes around the house

    Additionally, communication with management was poor and unprofessional. The answers to my questions were vague and evasive, which added to my frustration throughout the entire process.

    I cannot recommend Progress Residencial to anyone due to their lack of customer service, poor handling of deposits, and persistent maintenance issues. I am deeply disappointed with my experience and hope that others take this into consideration when seeking accommodation with this company

    This type of review should adequately reflect your concerns about poor service and failure to return the deposit. In the end they indicated that we left the house dirty and that it needed painting when we hired a cleaning company I do not recommend anyone rent a house with residential progress

    Our house that we rent through progress residential had some water damage from hurricane Milton. Progress residential waited over two months to start renovating the areas that had water damage. When the contractor opened up the wall, mold had developed inside the wall. It’s now been over four months and the wall is still open and floors are still ripped up. The only time work gets scheduled to get done is when I call to complain or ask what is being done about the situation. Customer service is horrible.
