Checked in 3/9/25. Room temp 78. Turned down to 70 left for dinner came back still 78. Called the front desk they said the air has been out in the whole hotel for at least two days. Three day stay 1400. No parking at all. Handicap spaces are non existent. Marriott do better. Your valet this evening was pushy rude and disrespectful!
Beautiful hotel , great staff and ambiance but man this place is shiesty. Running promos but make sure you read the fine print, because unless you put the promo code in your purchase they will not honor any part of it. Bought two nights here and they were suppose to include breakfast for us for 4 but because we didn’t put the code got nada. Loved the location , nice pool with a hot tub, free self parking. Rooms are nice but basic as basic gets, can appreciate there was no musty smell upon entering it though. Housekeeping was on point. Would never return just because the promo code incident. They should be giving out that 2 star breakfast to everyone IMO
The atmosphere was quite dull. While the food at the restaurant was good, the staff was unwelcoming and made us feel like a bother. They pushed guests towards the buffet instead of offering menu items and even suggested visiting restaurants at the nearby mall Plaza. It’s rare to see a hotel discouraging its customers like this. The rooms were comfortable, but you could hear the guests next door, reminiscent of “Woohoo” from The Sims. Additionally, the rooms weren’t very clean. The toilet clogged and barely flushing. On top of that, we received an email from their website, marketing robes and flip-flops that weren’t included in our stay. Very disappointed with the experience. For the price we paid, we expected a lot more. Definitely not high-end.
I enjoyed my stay here was truly an amazing experience including the house keeping staff especially Adriana Navarro went all the way to see we were well taken care off. Highly recommend this place.
One of the best stays I’ve had anywhere. The staff was incredibly friendly. The room were immaculate. Food at the restaurant hotel was better than many standalone restaurants. Believe it or not, the only reason I didn’t melt into the bed is that it was TOO quiet. I didn’t think to turn on the white noise app, but that was my issue, not theirs. A very very pleasant exclamation point to my TPA stay!
