Our rescue Golden-doodle , Millie, spent 3 weeks with Kristin this month! Kristin was highly communicative and spent time learning about our goals for Millie during the training. She sent daily updates and pictures, I could tell how much Kristin cared for the dogs who are with her! Millie is a nervous dog, but came back with more confidence. She has not had one accident since returning and is obeying her commands we continue to work on. Kristin helped us set a solid foundation that we can easily continue to work on. She had a very thorough take home lesson for us and set us up for success. Thank you Kristin!
We couldn’t be happier with the results from the four-week intensive training program for our 2 year old French bulldog Vivian at Ridgesidek9Tampa. Before the training, Vivian had some challenging behaviors – she would constantly jump up on people, which made visits from friends and family stressful, barked at everything and walking her on a leash was a nightmare. She would pull, stop abruptly, and overall make walks a struggle.
Thanks to the incredible work of Brent and Carleigh all of that has changed. She now greets people calmly, no longer is the loudest in the neighborhood from her barking and her leash manors are incredible! The transformation is unbelievable!
They were incredibly professional, communicative, and attentive to her specific needs. They not only corrected her problem behaviors but also provided us with the tools and guidance to maintain her progress at home. The follow-up sessions if needed are incredibly helpful in reinforcing what she learned.
We’re so thrilled we made the decision to send her to Ridgesidek9tampa. Their expertise, patience, and care truly made all the difference. If you’re on the fence about investing in dog training, do it and do it with Ridgesidek9tampa– you won’t regret it. Thank you for giving us a well-behaved and happier pup!
If you live in Tampa and need a dog trainer, Stop your search. I foster for a dog rescue and use Ridgeside, Not for a rescue, but for my own dog. We got daily updates on progress with videos and photos and had a totally comprehensive drop off session.
I was a bit apprehensive beforehand and asked ALL the questions: what about insurance, what if he gets hurt? What about future training? It was all answered. I am super super happy!
I have loaded photos. Have plenty of videos, but it will not allow an upload.
Just do yourself a favor and book it. Our 6 month old pitbull was off the chain crazy. Constantly jumping on people, leash pulling, jetting for open doors. You name it, he did it all. We booked the 3 weeks and that was the best money we ever spent! Our dog is still himself during play time but is now a very well mannered boy. Now obviously we have to keep up on training, and not let him fall back into bad habits. So we’re not just training him, but ourselves too. I was very nervous with leaving him for 3 weeks but I would 100% do it again.
