Great service for cruise parking. They quickly got us on a shuttle and took us to the port. Very nice driver explained and showed us where they would pick us up on the return. On arrival back to port they were waiting where they told us and they loaded our luggage and then had our vehicle pulled up and ready to load and then we hit the road. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended
Easy to book but instructions for each parking location could be better communicated. For example the hotel parking lot I booked apparently required me to go inside the hotel lobby and write all the information about my stay on a paper log, which caused me to miss the current shuttle and wait an additional half hour for their next airport shuttle. Why a name brand hotel is using a paper log in 2025 is beyond me. If Right Way website can give these parking spots a handy print out of the current reservations each day, perhaps that would eliminate this time and paper waste. Please help your patrons.
This was my first time parking at the Marriott and using their shuttle bus service. Everything went very smoothly. I was delightfully surprised. I arrived at 3:30 in the morning and someone was there waiting for me. And upon arrival back at the airport I called the number and they arrived within 15 minutes. Everything was smooth getting me back to the hotel and as I exited the back doors I saw my car. Everything was fine except it was the dirtiest that I could ever imagine it could be. I have a white car and I had washed it the day before I parked it. Now it is covered with black grime all over it. It must be maybe petroleum-based because simple water rain is not washing it away. Very strange. Anyway, the experience was great and I will certainly do this again.
Look no further you have found an AWESOME place to park your vehicles for cruising! We would highly recommend. We have used Rightway at 3 different ports recently for our cruise parking. Each time has been a wonderful experience. We’ve arrived at the given location, parked and boarded their shuttles promptly the staff were very helpful and friendly. Returning just as simple. The shuttles have been easy to find and staff eager and helpful getting us to our vehicle and we were back on the road right away.
I strongly advise against using this parking lot. The price was very reasonable but once I got there, they charged me double the amount because I had a SUV. Additional rates for SUVs is not posted on the website so I feel they charged what they wanted to charge. The parking lot resembles a junkyard, which did not make me feel it was safe or secure. Next time I will just pay the hotel parking fee and know that my vehicle will be safely secured.
