Is Dr. Root on vacation? My father was supposed to get a call to schedule his surgery. He even went in and spoke with Maribel directly. The surgery center can’t even get a person on the phone when there are 3 surgery directors. My father loved Dr. Root’s professionalism. Confused and wondering if the doctor is aware of scheduling issues.
Horrible experience I saw Dr Root and he was fine in the first appointment he said that we need to do more blood work and do a biopsy I did get results in my MyChart a week later saying that my lab work was critical at that point I waited as he told me I would get a call to schedule the biopsy it never came 5 weeks later I finally walked into the office and said what’s going on and she looks at me and says that Dr root forgot to put in the order for that so at that point I wait for the call about the biopsy and it never comes, so I try to start calling the office at which point all I get are people telling me they will connect me to someone named Amy who never can quite get me an appointment because no one answers the phone they all go to answering service, at no point did anyone ever really say I can help you or let me take care of this problem for you I’m currently going back to my primary and checking to see who I should go to for help
