I am writing this review on behalf of my grandmother, who has been a loyal customer of Running Great for many years. She has trusted them to handle all of her vehicle’s regular maintenance, and they have consistently provided excellent service.
Recently, after being involved in a car accident, she asked if they could recommend a reputable body shop. She was pleasantly surprised to learn that Running Great also offers bodywork and paint services in-house.
The owner and staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout the entire process. They handled all communication directly with her insurance company, keeping her informed every step of the way, which gave her tremendous peace of mind.
The quality of the bodywork and paint was truly outstanding — her vehicle looks as though the accident never happened. She would highly recommend Running Great to anyone seeking a reliable, family-owned auto shop that excels in both regular maintenance and high-quality bodywork and paint services.
Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for their customers are truly commendable. My grandmother is deeply grateful to the entire team at Running Great for their outstanding service and for making what could have been a stressful situation so smooth and worry-free.
Running Great is phenomenal auto repair facility. I came to Running Great after a speeding teenager decided to rearrange the front end of my Lexus. Terry, the Wizard of the Body Shop somehow managed to fit me in even though he was already fully booked. He and his staff did an absolutely first-class job, leaving my car looking like new, even though he spent hours arguing with the insurance company in order to do the job to his very exacting standards. Throughout the repair, Terry kept me fully informed on the progress of the work and always fully explained any decisions that needed to be made.
The Running Great shop is made up of a group of pleasant, helpful people who work to make you feel like a valued customer. In my opinion, Running Great is simply the best automotive repair business anywhere in the greater Tampa Bay area. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Great shop, been coming here for years. Take my wife’s newer (2020) Honda pilot, my 04’ Tacoma, & my 68’ Camaro here. They do great body & mechanical work, both classic & new. The owner Glen, son Danny, John (front desk), Ed (classic car mechanic), & so on… All treat you like family, give you an honest break down, & very fair price. They’re usually busy with a lot of customers, but that’s to be expected when you run a superb shop. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommend. Thanks fellas!
