At every step, there is disappointment. They don’t tell you the alarm panel looks like a Fischer Price Playschool toy. I now have that eyesore mounted in my living room. If you want a better-looking panel, it is obviously more expensive, but the icing on the cake is that it also increases your monthly monitoring fee.
DO NOT USE SAFETOUCH! I recently had to move my business from its location due to damage from the Hurricane. The new location already had a security system in place from the property owner. I called to cancel my subscription as I couldn’t use their service anymore. The Corporate office called me and the lady was so unbelievably rude. They told me I would have to pay a cancellation fee which was the amount left on the contract! That’s THAT IS ROUGHLY $1400!!! I will tell everyone I can to never use this garbage service. They do not care that I was misplaced by the Hurricane. Greedy Company take your money ANYWHERE ELSE~! *RESPONSE TO OWNER- Yes you did tell me that after you were INCREDIBLY RUDE. Getting documents is going to be extremely difficult as I am not at that location nor do i have affilation with the owners of the property. I will do my best to provide that information. Next time you shouldnt be so rude and your salesmen should not say “There is no cancellation fee/cancel anytime.” His words not mine. You just rudely kept stating “You should have read the contract.” I did read it. I missed that.
Had a new system installed today and John came in installed everything, showed me how to use it. Asked me where I wanted sensors placed and told me the function of each one. Cleaned up and left the place in great shape. Great work and a great personality.
Jeff and Ryan were great. They covered the details and was excellent at explaining the system. They were more than patient with me. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable. They were the best. We Will highly recommend SafeTouch to everyone we meet.
