Serene Mind Counseling + Evaluations

I have been coming to Stephanie for individual couseling since 2011. I have been seeing Brooke since 2023, for Couple’s Counseling.

During that time Stephanie has provided alot of hours with well needed talk therapy as well as provided me a space to draw pictures as well as recomended me to do journal entrys for her, as well as provided a good, safe, quiet space to talk to her in. I am very satisfied with the therapy Stephanie, & Bruce do. I can’t say enough about Bruce to he is such a good therapy partner and a really great asset for people whom are struggling with diffrent issues. He has provided me with alot of love, & care throghout my therapy sessions.

Brooke is amazing she is good at listening and providing a safe atmosphere to be able to talk about things that are inner most personal to yourself as well as your partner she has been helping & teaching as well as coaching us both in the act of communication, trust, honesty, and love. As well as to become more vulnerable through out that time.

They both in my opinion get 10 stars. With the work they have been doing for me and my partner and providing us with. They have really improved alot in our lives. I am extremley grateful.

I called this office and asked if they could offer services I needed. I spoke with a women from essentially an answering service who said I would need to speak with the provider because she did not know enough to see if they could help me. I agreed on a time and went in to ask the questions I needed to see if they had the ability to offer services and then discovered later they did not have the ability to do the diagnostic and treatment we needed so left. After I found that the office had charged me for services my child never received. They never met my child and I never had any services or authorized any charges. When I contacted them and asked for them to correct the issue and refund the unauthorized and illegitimate charges they denied any wrong doing and refused.

I have been seeing Stephanie for almost 6 months and I couldn’t be happier with our sessions. She takes the time to listen, validate, and discuss any and all emotions, thoughts, and struggles. I’ve always felt safe and comfortable during our sessions, as well as a sense of relief after. As a first time mom, it was important to me that I had someone to trust, that was accessible and kind, and Stephanie has exceeded expectations. Parts of my life have drastically changed for the better throughout thoughtful counseling and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to reach out last year. Thank you, Stephanie!
