We needed a 4a.m. pickup to the airport, and our driver arrived early so we did not have to worry. Texted us when on his way and when he was in our driveway. Jeff was very professional and courteous, and the vehicle was super clean. Drop-off was smooth and easy. Highly recommend.
Booked last minute for transport for 4 to and from Tampa Cruise Docks. Tony handled the reservation. I was so focused on getting to the ship I forgot about the return until he asked if we wanted them to pick us up. Thank you Tony! Joe took us to the port and Bryce brought us home. Both drivers arrived a bit ahead of time which was great. Pleasant, helpful, courteous, complete gentlemen. Will not hesitate to call them again.
We used this company for the first time tonight and it definitely won’t be the last! Excellent service for our daughter and her friends getting to and from Homecoming! The kids all said Jeff was the best party bus driver they’ve ever had!
We booked this company for my birthday celebration with 13 other friends and had a blast!! We were all able to fit comfortably in the Mercedes sprinter and bring on all alcohol we wanted to drink in a cooler!! Our driver Jamal was so friendly, pleasant, and positive! My driver from TPA was Joe Perrotti. I’ve never used this service company before. I was coming in from Illinois and found myself without a ride home. Not only did I receive immediate confirmation of my on-line booking, but minutes after I landed at TPA, I received a text from Joe. The company forwarded me his picture at the time I booked my reservation, so that I would know who my driver was before ever getting in the car. Which is the only way I would ever do this! And Joe’s text said to text him or call him when I was outside waiting and he would be there within minutes. And he was probably there within 6 minutes. And he was so great getting me and my stuff in the car, and our conversation was fun as he drove us very smoothly to my house outside of tampa. He is a great guy and I would highly recommend Showtime transportation as well as requesting Joe personally, as I will from now on because he was the perfect driver! I will definitely be using them again!
