    My experience was very disappointing my apt was scheduled. I was excited but after waiting about 40 mins. They call me back and when I enter the room my MRI machine, was not the one I request. Then after checking the scheduling dept. I was then told I wasn’t able get my MRI done. After calling and asking days before, my apt I was told everything was good. The front desk wasn’t friendly, Peter was very nice and the technicians was great. This was my first visit, wasn’t a good experience at all. So for me, my experience was very, very disappointing.

    Horrible wait time. Urine all over the restroom floor, instead of cleaning it, a “out of order” sign was posted on the door. Front staff overwhelmed and was told they were understaffed. Maybe the schedule should be modified to reflect that to avoid having patients wait for over three hours. The last thing a person who is awaiting testing on possible cancer diagnosis wants is to sit and wait in an uncomfortable packed waiting area with staff who are not the most personable. We do not want to feel like a burden or just another number on a conveyor belt. Once in the imaging area, (arrived at 10:30 l, didn’t get back until after 12 noon) I was advised to change into a gown and when finished changing I couldn’t find the tech so I was walking around with an open front end gown searching for her with no direction on what to do next. The mammogram went smooth and the tech was pleasant and had a better attitude than the front staff. However I was advised to wait for my ultrasound and it wouldn’t be too long. Needless to say after waiting an additional 30 minutes, I left without finishing my testing. When attempting to pay (self pay) I was quickly told I would recover a bill. I declined and demanded to pay at time of service. I had waited enough. In my line of business, my time is money and this whole chaotic scenario costed me over $700. For someone paying self pay, this sucked. I work in primary care and always rave about Simonmed and refer so many patients here. Now I’m feeling horrible for doing so, if their experience was anything like mine.

    The Bruce B Downs office is awesome! Peter is wonderful! Everyone is always professional and on time and the parking is great!
    Had some problems – I kept getting reminders to fill out the risk assessment, but could never access the link. I called corporate about that as well. Also, the automated phone system gave me the wrong time for my appointments. I believe the time provided was in central time, and I am in eastern time. Would be good to at least indicate central time on the automated attendant. Also, frustrating not to be able to access the link and corporate told me to just go to the appointment early and fill out any paperwork. Please get that fixed or stop sending the emails.

    They were super nice and mindful.
    They guys up front checking you in are awesome! The guy who took my xrays was fast, super nice and even brought me a blanket while I was waiting for my MRI. The young ladies doing the MRI took their time with me to make sure I was well taken care of with no issues.
    All in all I keep coming back to this location because they know how to treat people.
    All though I don’t like that they outsource their customer service when making your appointment. Because they never know what they are doing and they mix everything up. I rather drive directly to the their office and make my appointment with my fellow gemini at the counter. He rocks!

    Entire staff were very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. I was given a copy of my scans on a CD before I left which is almost impossible at other locations. Thank you so much for fast service too.
